Kenneth Forman, Ph.D.
Dr. Kenneth Forman is a lecturer and coordinator in the Educational Leadership Program at Stony Brook University. He has written a book, Preparing for Educational Leadership, published by Pearson to help candidates prepare for the New York State School Building Leader examination. He has been an educational leader for over 39 years, working in a number of school districts and school environments in NYC and Long Island.

Terrance O'Connor, Ed.D.
Dr. Terrance O'Connor has been involved in a number of educational leadership programs over the years. He currently teaches for both Fordham University and Stony Brook University as an adjunct professor. He was a school administrator and educator in New York State schools for 38 years. In 2005 he was selected as New York State High School Principal of the Year and went on to represent New York at a national leadership symposium in Washington D.C. He teaches a multitude of leadership courses and works with graduate students in their internship journeys. Additionally, he is a New York State Evaluator, grading the School Building examination. Dr. O’Connor conducts leadership seminars throughout New York State.

New York State Leadership Assessment Preparation Seminars
The Virtual Classroom contains modules delivered by Dr.'s Forman and O'Connor provide an in-depth analysis of each component on the New York State SBL examination, Parts One and Two. There are also modules where the instructors provide the candidates with preparation for the SDL exam process.

Dates: Virtual Delivery Model. Dr.s Forman and O'Connor have produced a unique virtual classroom of their very popular SBL/SDL Testprep Seminar. This is offered online available 24/7 over a 12 day period so participants can enter and leave as
their needs dictate. All parts are available any time during this "Virtual Classroom", and the participants can come and go as often as often they like. You will find 10 recorded Zoom modules. These cover all of the material and can be reviewed multiple times. The virtual classroom is hosted by Stony Brook University.
NOTE: Plan your time: Candidates usually plan 6 or 7 ,one- hour sessions to work individually with each of the modules found in the classroom.
